About
Currently completing her Masters of Counselling & Psychotherapy, at the Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP). Whilst con-currently working at South Pacific Private, Australia’s leading drug and alcohol rehabilitation hospital. Jax role as an Evening and Weekend Counsellor (EWC), sees her support individuals navigating addiction and mental health challenges, using evidence-based therapies to promote lasting recovery.

Beyond her clinical work, she is certified Yoga and Meditation teacher, having studied extensively in both India and Australia. Jax has had the privilege of teaching internationally in Bali, as well as facilitating wellness retreats and deepened her understanding of holistic healing practices. Jacqs is passionate about integrating mind-body approaches into her therapy practice, believing that true wellness encompasses both mental and physical health.
In addition to her professional roles, Jax hosts Yin Yoga and Sound Healing events and runs women’s circles, creating safe, supportive spaces for individuals to explore self-awareness, healing, and community connection.
